  2. For male beginners, please load up to 3kg at first.
  3. For female beginners, 2kg might be the best way to start.
  4. When feeling your muscle is getting stronger, fill more materials into the ball gradually.
  5. And you must know the max capacity of this ball is 12KG, please DO NOT overload it.
